Confirmed exhibitors receive detailed operational guidance to ensure a seamless and successful show presence. Organized by the Electronics Safety & Security Association of Bangladesh (ESSAB) in association with the Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defence, IFSSE 2026 enforces comprehensive exhibitor manual rules to maintain a safe, organized, and equitable show floor for all participants.

Please review the technical regulations, build schedules, and submission deadlines below to ensure full compliance ahead of the exhibition at the Bangladesh China Friendship Conference Centre (BCFCC), Dhaka (26–28 November 2026).

Deadlines & documentation

Pay 20% deposit within seven days.
Clear total payment by October 30.
Submit company logos in vector AI format.

Rules & safety

Follow maximum height limits per hall.
Do not drill or paint shell panels.
Approve custom wooden structures in advance.
